Leader, Storyteller, Content Strategist.

I love a good backstory. I love the "why" behind what
motivates people to strive for excellence. Those stories
inform, inspire and entertain. My experience at major media companies including NBC Sports, FSN and NBA Entertainment have fueled my passion and creativity. I leverage my technological expertise and consistently excel under tight time constraints.
I am passionate about managing people to bring out the best in them, and trusting my team to execute at
a high level has yielded results that consistently result in improved results on ComScore, exceeding KPIs.
Diversity, equity and inclusion has long been an area of emphasis in my career in both unofficial and official capacities. I believe that DEI stories are an organic part of sports and not 'human interest' and can seamlessly fit into the news and stories that both avid and casual sports fans seek out. After being

named to NBC Sports Group's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council in 2020, I earned my Leading DE&I certification from Northwestern University. In addition to role on the council, I also created an internal DEI speaker series at NBC Sports Northwest and worked closely with the other members of our senior leadership team to help identify areas of improvement in the DEI area. In the fall of 2021, I enrolled in the University of South Florida's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate course, completing the coursework and earning my certificate in March of 2022.
